So far, due to Thanksgiving and family visiting, have not tried the product yet.

Found out that for Mac one must insert the PSE disc, then drag the download file to the desktop, then REMOVE the disc, and finally used the file on the desktop to complete the download. If one does not, the Adobe downloader will not work ( this was what Adobe Support suggested and it worked ).

Will get up the courage to open the app, after the holidays, for it looks like it is, as is with most Adobe apps, very involved and will perform many operations.
