Great phone, but in this day and age, I was expecting an answering machine.
Fine for while I’m at home, but cannot get rid of the phone this was to replace because I need the answering machine.

I read many of the reviews on this product before purchasing it. It sounded like the most up to date system. However, delivery was very slow from a third party vendor. When I hooked it up I could not find how to program the voice message capability. On further inspection it turns out that it relies on voice mail provided by your carrier. Mine is Verizon and they do not offer voice mail to my area. If they did it would have cost an extra $8.00 per month. If you are not already using the carrier’s voice mail or do not wish to pay $100 per year extra for something that formerly was standard, I recommend that you purchase another model. Estos aparatos han funcionado muy bien, ya casi tengo un mes con ellos y son practicos, bonitos y funcionales.
