A little bulky, but very useful. Used it on a recent trip with my iPad, both on the plane to watch movies and on the hotel room bed for emails, etc. Good buy!

Just picked this up and it is exactly what I needed. Using with my 15″ Mac Book Pro to get the screen height at eye level for ergonomic reasons. Seems to be very well built, so will see how it holds up after a few months of use. Now if I could just find a case for my Apple Wireless Keyboard to throw into my backpack, I’d be set. The description says for use with laptops/notebooks below 12″ … so I’m a little concerned about the durability with a 5.5lbs 15″ laptop, but the construction seems solid.

This is an awesome stand especially for being under twenty bucks. Infinitely adjustable unlike the much more expensive alternatives from Belkin and Griffin.

I purchased 3 of the stands –
1. for the kitchen for my iPad
2. for the office for my iPad and personal laptop
3. for my travel essential bag
You can extend the legs and angle the stand to fully open your laptop on the plane which allows for the screen to be closer to eye level. This way, you don’t need to hunch over your tray table like Quasimodo to type or watch videos. It works great with the iPad too.
These also make great gifts.
