These are not only handy to carry for those aches and pains, but also an inexpensive portable means for Rvers to use to keep the external propane tanks warm during cold weather to keep the juices flowing.
The smallish external propane tanks such as the ones used on travel trailers and to power propane gensets can get cold enough for the propane to sink to the bottom of the tank thereby resrticting the flow. Of course this usually occurs in the middle of the night!
(FYI- I do not stay in far north exteme conditions in the winter. Zero degrees is the lowest night time temps I have RVed in. I cannot attest this technique working for extreme winter conditions.)
They are inexpensive, reuseable, and portable. They heat well in warm water, as well as the microwave. Just be sure to dry them off. I made a sleeve out of old towels and velcro that wraps around my propane tank to hold them in place.
Multifunctional certainly describes these as they can be used for first aid on your body as well as your external propane tanks.

they are great after PT and minor injuries. I lovethe covers that comewith it. It was a very price and work well.

This is the hot and cold pack we always pick over all the rest. We have had many injuries where they worked perfectly. The covering is soft, stays on, transmits both cold and heat just right.

Product as described. Freezes quickly. Very pliable around broken ankle. AHHH! Cover is nice quality. Gel from another product (?) had leaked onto my ordered gel pack but the goo washed away easily and pack has had no leaks of its own.

This is great although I only use this for cooling purposes. I recently had some surgery and was able to use this help with the swelling. The cover is ideal since you can not put the gel pack directly on the skin.
