As soon as I unwrapped the packaging this doll came in, I decided that I should have bought an extra for myself, she is so nice! She is a good huggable size, beautifully designed, and shows quality in her material. My daughter who is almost 2, loved pushing her around in her new baby doll stroller on Christmas morning. This was one of her favorite new dolls. I love that it is based on the original Strawberry Shortcake character- no bright pink hair here! Another plus is she has a fragranced strawberry adorning the top of her hat. She is dressed in an adorable smock dress, striped green stockings and has cute rosey cheeks. Love it!

Now how did Gram know that Strawberry Shortcake was what my 3 year old grandaughter asked Santa to bring?….actually a Strawberry Shortcake doll house. So the doll was a HIT and the DVDs I purchased on Amazon were, too! I guess Gram just got lucky…some kind of divine intervention or something..lol! It’s well made and very “huggable” and the colors are bright and real eye catching! Grandaughter has been sleeping with Strawberry Shortcake every night since Christmas!! Don’t think you will be disappointed.

My almost 3 year old got this doll for Christmas and hasn’t let it out of her sight since. She sleeps with it and drags it all over the house. It is a beautiful doll. It’s well made and so comfy to snuggle with. I’m certain it will hold up to to years of play and it’s such a classic character. We are now planning a Strawberry Shortcake 3rd birthday party!

My daughter (just turned one) got this for Christmas and she has been carrying it everywhere. It’s much bigger than I thought it would be. Seams all look well constructed, so I think this doll will last a long time, even with being dragged all over the house under the arm of a toddler. I also loved that the strawberry at the top of the hat actually smells like a strawberry! I grew up with Strawberry Shortcake, and I think it’s terrific that toys like this are making a come-back.

This doll is just gorgeous. It is obviously well constructed so it can be played with and will not wear out or come apart. I love that it smells like strawberries. This is the most feminine doll I can imagine and my niece absolutely loves it!
