My problem with the product is that when I’m on my back, fully relaxed, the mouthpiece comes out. There are warnings not to “bite too hard,” when fitting the product. Perhaps I didn’t bite hard enough? My lower jaw moves backwards- allowing the mouthguard to slip out of place. It might work for you, but it doesn’t for me.

I ordered this for my husband. He had been using a more expensive one for about 2 months that needed replaced. This one has worked just as well. He had to boil it a few time to get it to fit it in his mouth snugly. But it has worked great at stopping his snoring and giving me a good night’s sleep. It will probably need replaced in a few months, but it’s well worth it.

The last time I purchased one of these they were available in Canada because they were not approved in the US. It works as advertised. It is a lot less expensive than a CPAP.

It does reduce my husband’s snoring, but it doesn’t eliminate it. Mouthpiece oftens falls out at night.

While following the instructions PRECISELY, the mouthpiece melted into a ball in such a way that it simply could not be recovered. Bummer. I highly recommend trying to shape it with less heat and time than what is given in the instructions.
