The Rainbow in My Room has a very elegant design and magical features. I tried out one of the pre-production samples and it works amazingly well! Simply waves your hand under the arch (without touching anything), the built-in infrared sensor activates the unit and a beautiful rainbow casts on the wall in the dark room! The rainbow is bright and very realistic. A built-in timer will turn off the unit in 10 minutes to conserve power. Whoever came up with the idea and designed the item is truly a genius! My five-year old received this item from “Santa”. She has recently been having trouble sleeping due to bad dreams and being afraid of the dark. This provides just enough light for her to go to bed with ease. It turns off on its own after 10 minutes or so and is easy to turn back on so if she is not yet asleep she can just reach over and turn it on. THe rainbow it creats on her ceiling is very neat looking! What a unique and fun item!!!!
